Cannot Create Account

Hi,

Trying to create an account to submit an issue for hosting a new plugin. However, every time I've tried to create an account, I've run into a connection timeout exception with a Java stack trace output to the browser. Is there any other way of creating an account?

I've attached a PDF printout of the stack trace. Thanks for your help.

Known issue tracked as https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/INFRA-1373
