Request for admin permissions to ec2-plugin repo

Hi all,

I'd like to enable release-drafter and dependabot for ec2-plugin's repository but do not have enough permissions on it.

Could I be granted the appropriate permissions?

To add to this, Raihaan is already the maintainer of this plugin and has rights to the repo but also needs to be added to the admin group for this repository so release-drafter and dependabot can be added.

You can skip posting to the dev list for this sort of thing, and just
open a ticket in the `INFRA` project / `github` component.
