Request to add Marky Jackson as YouTube and twitter admin

Hello all!
This is a request to add me (Marky Jackson) to the admin of twitter and youtube. I have filed the following jira tickets in conjunction with JEP-10 and JEP-13:

I am +1 for both.
  • According to JEP-13, Marky is eligible to get access to the Jenkins Youtube channel as an Advocacy&Outreach SIG leader
  • Marky has been very active in Twitter recently (twitter account), and he continuously helps to promote Jenkins in this resource. Plus, the community would definitely benefit from Twitter contributors who promote Jenkins & Cloud Native technology areas
