Windows Installer

Hi All,

I have been working on upgrading the Windows installer for Jenkins to a much more recent version of the Wix Toolset as well as revamping some of the custom actions that are being used. I have been doing local testing, but we all know that until you have others try something, you generally miss several areas that could go wrong. I'm looking for some folks to test the new installer in a non-production environment. If you are interested, please stop me a line and meet me know.
