[GSoC2016] - Jenkins project submission (REVIEW is required)

Hi there,

The activity was not very visible in the mailing list, but effectively we are almost ready to apply for Google Summer of Code 2016.
The application docs are ready for review, we've also got a review by Jenkins board:

We would like to discuss the documents on the today's government meeting + review them offline.
If you want to review the documents, please concentrate on the Application Draft (and do not forget to login into your google account or sign the comment).
The application must be submitted tomorrow according to the GSoC schedule.

Schedule:

• Feb 18, 12PM UTC - deadline for comments in the Application form
• Feb 19, 14PM UTC - the forms should be updated on the Google website (resp. - Oleg)
• 14PM UTC - 15PM URC - Org admins review the updated forms (hangouts)
  
• Feb 19, 15PM UTC - submission of Jenkins project application to Google (resp. - Oleg)
  
• Feb 19, 19PM UTC - submission deadline for GSoC2016
• Feb 24 - Jenkins office hours on GSoC project proposals (host - TBD)
  
• Feb 28 - Mentors/Project proposal page. Editing freeze.
