How to move a plugin from SVN.jenkinsci.org to github?

Good afternoon everybody,

I see that some plugins are old and almost unmaintained.

This is the case for the MSTest plugin, for example (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/MSTest+Plugin)

Which is the procedure to get them on github ?

I would like to contribute (bugfixes, mainly).

You can find the GitHub repo (with a couple of pull requests) here:
https://github.com/jenkinsci/mstest-plugin

If you give us your GitHub username, you can get commit access to the
repo if you want to take over maintainership of the plugin.

I once needed to do the same for this plugin,

for which I added the github scm (to its pom):

I would like to get write/commit access to the github repo of the mstest plugin.
This plugin is no longer supported (two years ago the last activity), and the pending pull requests are not taken into account.
