Unable to perform Plugin release

Hi Team,

I was performing Plugin release and release could not success. Due to  authentication failed error. I tried to reset https://repo.jenkins-ci.org. But, while resetting got This specific user unable to perform release.
Kindly some one assist.

What exactly did your reset for https://repo.jenkins-ci.org

What is your error log?

Which plugin? Which user?

Hi,

When i try to reset my password for https://repo.jenkins-ci.org  got The specified user is not permitted to reset his password.  message.

Yes, I have permission. Previously I tried in https://repo.jenkins-ci.org instead of https://accounts.jenkins.io/login. 
I have changed my password now. Thanks for the support
