Artifactory server overloaded?

When a pull request to the Jenkins support-core plugn was being evaluated, the job reported the "back-end server is at capacity" while trying to download an artifact.

I saw the same message from a build on my local machine.


Is the artifactory server disabled or down?

I can access it right now, maybe a temporary outage?
