reports.jenkins.io migration from intel to arm64 nodepool on publick8s

Hi dear developers,
As per https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/3619#issue-1745920424, we will start the migration of reports.jenkins.io from an Intel nodepool to an ARM64 one within the publick8s kubernetes cluster this afternoon the 1st of August, beginning at 13h UTC.
The migration should not create any disruption but there might be a few minutes of downtime.
