https://github.com/release-drafter/release-drafter/pull/742 should be
very useful to us. (Thanks Joseph!) Unfortunately a lot of repos are
pinning an older release (this landed in 5.13.0). If you are going to
pin a version, fine, but also ask Dependabot to update Actions:

FYI `v5` is pointing to v5.13.0
