Write permissions to Github Clover plugin repository and Maven repo

Hi, 

I'm working for Atlassian and I'm developer of Clover product. I'd like to bump version for the Jenkins Clover plugin in order to get it to use the newest Clover version. But I'd like the following permissions to do it smoothly in the future:

• write permissions in master git repository on https://github.com/jenkinsci/clover-plugin
• publish permissions to release new plugin version to:

              http://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/
              http://maven.jenkins-ci.org/content/repositories/releases/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/clover/

Could you give me few pointers how to get those ?

Hi,

Adding mparfianowicz in CC since he still seems to be active to see what he thinks about it. 

From his email address, I suppose you might know each other.

Btw, in any case, https://github.com/jenkinsci/clover-plugin/blob/master/pom.xml#L13 should be updated asap to put up-to-date information for maintainers. 

'cause this information is the one automatically shown on the wiki page.
