Hello,
I am getting some errors in all pom files of my jenkins project. I am using linux mint 17 mate and using eclipse with openjdk1.7. What should I do to remove this error?
BR,
Arshad

Hi Arshad,

From your screenshot, I think this is because you cd'ed into the core directory (and core depends on cli), but didn't build the cli locally and I don't think the 2.0-rc2-SNAPSHOT did ever get pushed somewhere.

You actually want to build the project from the root as a default.

Possibly, if you only want to build the core, you can adapt the command to something along:
mvn clean install -pl core -am -DskipTests

While importing the project, I get download-maven-plugin-1.2.1:
wget (2 errors). I tried to build the project in command line on another machine. The build was succesful but "gulp test" started instead of "npm install" on line no 5 of the attached log-file.

Well the errors gone away and build was successful when I included pluginMangement tag above some plugins tag(download-maven-plugin, maven-clean-plugin, frontend-maven-plugin and maven-enforcer-plugin ) in jenkins-war/pom.xml file. There is only one error remaining which was detected when validating the file "jonas-web-app_4_0.xsd" via the file "jonas-web.xml.

Wild guess: from your screenshot seems like some CSS didn't (fully?) load. So are you being a flaky network, or even w/o any connection. Normally this use case has been tested, but maybe you have a special situation.

My 2 cents

This is the log after running jenkins locally. Has there any recent security changes done in jenkins? It never asked for a password before.

The master branch is towards Jenkins 2.1.
Being "secure by default" is one important change of the 2.0.

Oh! I wonder why the build was successful on an windows machine without including pluginManagement tags and other item casting.

I ran jenkins war on another machine, Jenkins did not ask for password but redirected to a page for license. I have attached the server log of that machine. I have been stuck on this problem for many days, please help.
