Running a command using launcher.launch resulting in null pointer exception

As I am developing a custom plugin. I thought it is the place for posting the
questions. As it is completely related to development.

If it is a development question, please provide links to your code.
So far I see that GoogleAppEngine improperly handles nulls and fails with NPE. It's impossible to say anything without the code
