can't see the new released plugin

hi,

Yesterday, I ran "mvn clean release:prepare release:perform" to publish the new version v1.15. 

It was successful. 

The new 1.15 build was deployed to https://github.com/jenkinsci/neuvector-vulnerability-scanner-plugin/releases/tag/neuvector-vulnerability-scanner-1.15

However, 18 hours later (normally jenkins takes 8 hours to publish it), I can't see the new release from https://plugins.jenkins.io/neuvector-vulnerability-scanner/#releases. 

Anyone know what could be wrong in the publishing process?

Update center is having an outage - https://status.jenkins.io/

So none of its metadata is being updated and published so things like plugin site can't update either
