servlet 3.1 change #1: Winstone

I don't intend to complete the whole servlet 3.1 story myself, but I've done one part of the story, which is to upgrade Jetty inside Winstone.

There's two notable loss of functionalities:

• No support for AJP in Jetty9. I suppose it's possible to port AJP connector from Jetty8, but how important is this to people?
• Request buffer size setting is gone, AFAICT.

Any thoughts welcome.
