Unapproved use of the trademark

So I came across this: http://jenkinshosting.com/

I think this is a use of our trademark as defined in the governance document, and therefore they need to come to the project meeting and ask for the permission to use the trademark.

Does anyone disagree? I'd like to contact them, but I wanted to make sure I have grounds.

I agree - although I wouldn't be at a project meeting I think I'd disagree with letting them use the trademark in this way and instead should be Somethingelse Hosting powered by Jenkins as currently it reads like it's an official product.

I'm the owner of Jenkins Hosting (jenkinshosting.com).  I'll reach out directly to Kohsuke here and get this resolved.  I honestly didnt know I was incorrectly using any trademark, so I apologize. 

Jenkins is an amazing piece of software and I really would like to keep in line with the goals and vision of its creator, so I'm sure we can work something out.
