Unable to upload plugin to Jenkins center 401, Unauthorized

Hi  Team,

We have a plugin in WhiteSource, we created a fix for the issue that we had and tried to upload it to the Jenkins center and got the following error (an image is attached):

 "Failed to transfer file: https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/whitesource/20.8.1.15/whitesource-20.8.1.15.hpi. Return code is: 401, ReasonPhrase: Unauthorized. -> [Help 1]"

I do have access to https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/ but I think that I don't have admin permissions to upload to this repo see the attached image "permissions-jenkins-ci-repo.PNG"

Can you please help me with this?

Please see https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/publishing/releasing/#the-upload-to-the-maven-repository-fails-with-401-unauthorized for possible causes.

See https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/blob/master/permissions/plugin-whitesource.yml for who should have upload permissions, and file a PR to add or remove users. Read the entire readme of the repo for more details.

That's just a diff. You'll actually have to hit submit on that page and get someone who currently has access to approve it for security and safety reasons
