Jenkins twitter performance for October

Hi all,

I'd like to share some highlights for October from the Jenkins Twitter accounts.

@jenkinsci:

- Upto 35K followers

- The most popular tweet was the one launching #Hacktoberfest , thanks for the retweets all!

@jenkinsxio

- Now has 1161 followers

- Tweet impressions were up 275% (from 6k to 25k)

- This was the most popular tweet.

There was also lots of good content out there to retweet, so thanks all!

The aim is to continually improve our process as per JEP-10, so will keep taking steps in that direction. Additionally for tweet ideas/rt suggestions please let me know in the jenkins-community gitter chat.

Glad to hear this. I think if we could share some information or messages between Twitter and WeChat that will be great!
