Request to release oic-auth-plugin

Hi team,

oic-auth-plugin got a big bug fixed. It's very important. But it's not be released for a long time. Is there anyone could help out with this? And I'd like to adopt it or just be another maintainer.

If Nobody replies, you'll have to start the adoption process. I recommend doing it now if the project has been quite for a while, if the maintainer replies, then they can release, if they don't, you can take over.

I would recommend both ccing them on a mailing list post, and posting an issue and @ tagging them, to have the best chance of them seeing it.
