ATH under Windows

Is someone running the acceptance test harness under Windows? The last time I tried it did not work, but this was several months ago.

Me and James Nord did an effort about 1.5 years ago to make it run on Windows, but that seems longer since "several months ago" so it is possible it has degraded since then.

As Bobby said I had it working, needed docker (I set DOCKER_HOST, haven't tried with docker4win recently)
Several tests assume bash so having cygwin installed helped (but I may have fixed several of those tests - should not use shell steps on windows really).

I run some proprietary tests with it so it works, but the tests may have regressed..
