[Plugin][Review needed]cccc-plugin compatibility with pipelines

Good morning,
I opened a Pull
Request on the cccc plugin repository to make it compatible
with pipelines. I couldn't get a response for the past three
months as the plugin isn't maintained.
Some details may be missing: three months ago I wasn't so
comfortable with plugins development as I am now (for instance I
need to add a pipeline symbol to the build step), but could I get
a review of the code to check if something is missing please?
