Removing pre 2.0 detached plugins

Hi all,

Drawing more eyes to this proposal: https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/27098

I'd like to remove old detached plugins.

As their dependency chains have grown over the years more and more plugins have had to be bundled in the war, nearly half of its size is now detached plugins.

All of the plugins in the proposed pull request were detached over 10 years ago.

In future I'd like to remove more, I just wanted to start with these and 2.0 seemed like a good cut-off point.
