Time zone in build history timestamp?

Hi,

In the build history for this build: https://jenkins.freebsd.org/job/Build_Image_and_Run_Tests_in_Bhyve_stable_10/

I would like to include the timezone in the timestamp for each build.
I could not figure out how to do it.  Is there a way that I can do this?

You can use [1] to put that info into build description that is displayed
in build history widget. Otherwise, I would say all slaves including
master should be in the same timezone other reasons too.
