[JENKINS-24240] Support Remote jobs in Folders for parameterized-remote-trigger-plugin

Hi Jenkins dev community,

  There is a PR waiting for many months I would like to see landing in the parameterized-remote-trigger-plugin.

  Is there someone who could review it or could I have the permission to move forward by merging the PR and releasing the plugin please ?
