Write access for the Active Directory plugin

Hello,

I am requesting write access of the Active Directory plugin because I am not sure if Kohsuke is actively working on this plugin.

I am currently a CloudBees employee so I would be only merging pull requests that are accepted by our internal review process (https://github.com/reviewbybees/about).

If it is not acceptable, I am fine - I am just asking ;-)

Hi Félix!

The process is quite simple actually, what we basically require to step over as a maintainer is to get the previous maintainer agree. 

So if you can get the hard part done, that is: Kohsuke confirming he's ok on that thread :D, then you'll be granted permissions very quickly :-).

KK told me a while back that we can hand over maintenance of all of his plugins.
