Request to adopt Jenkins notification-plugin

Hi,
I would like to adopt a plugin:

I've created a PR to update the plugin to be compatible with Java 17 and Jetty 12 as part of the update of Jenkins to use Spring framework version 6.

So I would like to adopt the plugin to merge and release the plugin as the last activity on the PR was a year ago and I don't have answers on the PR.
