I want to develop a simple jenkins plugin.But how?Can anyone insist me with detailed process?

I have already gone through this tutorial and did it till the DISTRIBUTION PLUGIN.But it has only a Hello message,In eclipse I am running the project as a java application but output is not reconizable.What to do?Actually it is my first plugin development.Can you help me out @prassana

You should publish your code somewhere in order to get a help.
In any case running as a "java application" is wrong. See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/16863020/jenkins-debugging-with-eclipse, etc.
