Jenkins Contributor Summit - Aug 12 San Francisco

Hi all,

As in past year's this year we will have a contributor summit before DevOps World | Jenkins World. However this year, in light of Jenkins joining the Continuous Delivery Foundation the event is being opened up to the other projects in the CDF. In particular, Jenkins X as a distinct project and Tekton contributors will join. 

What this means in the morning we will have some joint sessions on high level themes, community discussions and to cross-pollinate. Then later in the day we will gather the Jenkins community to deep dive into whatever topics folks would like to discuss that drives the project forward.

Also likely as in previous years we have a contributors appreciation event after the summit - details of this are still being worked out.
