Hello,

I've just closed your PR. Please either reopen, or file a new without blanking out the PR template when filing the PR.

I _suppose_ you were trying to accelerate things by not checking the right boxes, but this is actually slowing us all down. 

This takes more time for reviewing, we all lose time.

And I can tell you that, as a reviewer, I generally do not receive (euphemism) well the fact a submitter has just removed the whole template instead of trying to understand what the template is asking for.

By mistake we have deleted some sections of template, really apologies for that.Will try to avoid this kind mistakes in future.

We have refiled it and it got approved my Daniel.
