Log Flow Visualizer Plugin publishing pending

I am trying to publish my plugin (Log Flow Visualizer), I went through with the usual pre-publish stuff, the issue is up here : (https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/issues/4079) on Github.

However, I can't get any response from the Jenkins hosting team. It has been two weeks without a response.

Is it possible that the review is stuck somewhere? Or is the review process moved elsewhere?
