Help needed with a stuck PR merge

Hello,

Can someone help with the last check on this PR: https://github.com/jenkinsci/fortify-on-demand-uploader-plugin/pull/108 ?

It's been sitting on 

continuous-integration/jenkins/pr-merge Expected — Waiting for status to be reported 

and we are not sure how to proceed?

To you and Albert (message right before this one about the same issue). As the maintainer don't you have admin access to that repo? Can't you override and merge?

No I don't get an option to override. What does that step really mean? What status is being waited to be reported? Could it be in internal pipeline hiccup? I tried to close and reopen the PR and luck.
