Upgrade to Jetty 9.4.x

I have few prs to upgrade to jetty 9.4.x

Maybe hpi plugin as well, WDYT? (remember Jetty 9.4.x is Java 8 mandatory)

Yes please.

Everyone should be using JDK 8 for plugin development anyway. The last
Jenkins version to not run on 8 is quite old now.

Are there any major changes (apart from Java 8 requirement) that plugins authors should look out for?

Hi

For plugins authors I cannot see any change (except hidden bugs :-) ). 

Well maybe session management API which has changes. (not sure if plugins play/use with that?) 

Regarding Jenkins management, it's just no more spdy support (but who cares really about a dead protocol).

Anyway I will work soon on adding http2 connector as well.
