Not that I’m aware of
If you start from one of the plugin archetypes you should get a test or two that can be useful depending on what your plugin does

We do want the InjectedTests to run as part of CI. During the hosting process this will be checked. These are part of the tests that Tim is referring to.

While we do not enforce plugins to have tests I would encourage you to create at least a few of them. Writing software without tests is not recommended in any domain (especially not for a CI/CD system). Our users will expect a given level of quality for the plugins that are available in the update center.

I agree with Ullrich. Please consider including adequate unit tests for any plugin hosted on Jenkinsci.
