tagged for adoption with both label as well as info in wiki. Does not show up in adopt-a-plugin list

Hi there, 

I've added labels as well as wiki page content to put plugin up for adoption.

The list of plugins to be adopted doesn't show my plugin. I made the changes about a month ago.

Can someone please help put this up for adoption for me.

The wiki is aggressively cached.
