Hello dear contributors,

As described in https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/3776, Maven 3.9.5 is now generally available as the default Maven in ci.jenkins.io (and other controllers).

As usual, if you have any problem due to this upgrade, please raise your voice on this email thread or by raising an issue.
