Automatic tools is getting called twice

if anybody knows about thi issue please respond. I have raised the issue on Jenkins however did not see any update there as well. Whats the best way i could reach to the core team to understand it better.

Hi, this is the dev list where developers can be reached. That is however a free-time involvement from everybody. 

When people do not answer, it is considered pretty rude to just post again and ask for an update without any additional information. Even worse is to create a brand new thread with the same title and just point to the previous one.

In my experience, doing this is likely to trigger the opposite of your expectation: bother contributors in a way that may make them less inclined to try and help.

Now, on the subject at hand: usually, when people know, they tend to give a hint. So I'd assume nobody has an obvious idea/pointer for you on this, and you need to either dig into the issue more deeply yourself, so you can possibly come back here with a more precise question/request, or pay someone to look into it for you.

Noted your point. I was expecting reply since it sounds to be very serious bug in Jenkins and if anyone knew this before so that i could move my investigation in that direction. Thanks again for your reply
