Request Hosting for releaseNotes plugin

Hi everyone,

We've been looking at different solutions / existing plugins to upload changes log to services like fabric.io but couldn't found anything satisfactory (maybe our search skills aren't that good.)

We've then went on building a small plugin to do this job and have now decided to open source it and, if fit for purpose, would love to see it on the plugin list.
