2.516.1-rc delayed

The 2.516.1-rc will be delayed at least one day while we repair a mistake that I made during the preparation of the first backporting pull request.

The mistake I made was to skip one item in the Jenkins LTS 2.516.1 release checklist.  That item says:

Open a pull request towards the acceptance test harness and plugin compatibility test to confirm the incremental produced by the backporting PR doesn't contain regressions.

As a consequence of my mistake, a change that causes ATH test failures was merged to the Jenkins stable-2.516 branch.

A pull request has been proposed for the master branch that is confirmed to fix the acceptance test harness failure.  I hope all can be resolved by end of day tomorrow so that the release candidate availability is only delayed by one day.
