[bulk-builder-plugin] follow up on pull request

I would like to have a small change implemented in the bulk-builder-plugin. I have contacted the original author and unfortunately he can no longer access the repo anymore.I have been told this group is the place to turn to.

I have already made a PR for the change, however there doesn't seem to be a maintainer currently. Is someone willing to take a look at the PR of that plug-in, or otherwise can I be granted access myself?

Please have them file in iNFRA issue in our Jira for the 'github' component. This can also be used to request that you be granted access. If they're still around, this is the cleanest solution.

I think you misread the part where the author does not have access to the repository. This is what the author, Simon Westcott, said:

I am indeed the author of this plugin however I've not touched it for many (6+) years and have left the jenkinsci GH organisation meaning I don't have write access to the repo anymore.

The Jenkins wiki (https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Hosting+Plugins) has some details about setting up plugins, perhaps you could request access?

Am I correct in assuming that filing an INFRA issue is not the path forward?

I did not. GitHub and Jira use different authentication schemes. Based on the user account requesting changes in Jira I can confirm they're the same user who uploaded plugin releases in the past.
