Plugins up for adoptions

Greeting all,

Due to a personal health matter I must step back from maintaining the following plugins:

• Prometheus-plugin
  
• Groovy-events-listener-plugin
  

If anyone in the community wishes to maintain these I will do whatever I can to help in the transition.
