Adopting rundeck-plugin

Hi,
I would like to adopt a plugin: Link: https://github.com/jenkinsci/rundeck-plugin Pull requests (optional): https://github.com/jenkinsci/rundeck-plugin/pull/55 Status: abandoned GitHub Username: Absh-Day Jenkins Infrastructure ID: abmaster Repository Permission Updater PR: https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/pull/4342
I only want to merge my PR https://github.com/jenkinsci/rundeck-plugin/pull/55 , but since no one is working on responding to tickets/pr comments there, I have no option but to adopt and then merge.
If someone else can do that no need for maintainer access to me.The pr is critical since it fixes a critical bug.

The Plugin Health Score announces: "The plugin is not marked as up for adoption".
How did you find the plugin was abandoned?

There is no activity on the plugin for past 3 years, despite PRs open in the meantime.
No response from maintainers on jira tickets too related to this plugin.
Also, I CCed this group conversation to both maintainers and one of them (Luis Toledo) just replied yesterday acknowledging the req.
