Request for hosting: Event Announcer Plugin

Hello,

I'd like to request hosting for a new plugin:

I wrote this plugin when I found the extreme notification plugin, but it had very little documention: https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Extreme+Notification+Plugin. I couldn't configure it to my needs, even after reading the source. 

My plugin has similar functionality (I believe), but it provides documentation and uses a standard template language (mustache) for the url generation, which I think will make it easier for plugin users.

I have also added functionality to add event notifiers to a single job as well, which does not exist in the extreme notification plugin.
