Plugins are hard to find, e.g. conditional-buildstep and Conditional Build Step Plugin

It is not easy to find plugins in the update center. For example, some plugins refer to it as "Conditional Build Step Plugin", but if you search for that in the browser with ctrl-f, you cannot find it. After much looking around, I found that it actually shows as "conditional-buildstep".
