List of potential 206 plugins having issue with INFRA-588

TL;DR: using the GitHub code search API I found 206 entries/plugins possibly offended by INFRA-588.

Have a quick look here: https://gist.github.com/batmat/1b091d1b4fe18df75573c193ade0b95c to see if your plugin is listed.

FYI, for example, the maven repo URL was in the past

http://maven.jenkins-ci.org:8081/content/repositories/releases/ 

and must now be replaced by 

https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/.
