401 Unauthorised to Artifactory

Hey there

I am freshly adopted https://github.com/jenkinsci/amazon-ecs-plugin.
When I wanted to release a new version, I got a 401 error for Artifactory.
My Jenkins account has already been added to the permission file on repository-permissions-updater.

What do I miss on this point?
