Hello all,

At the last JEP office hours we discussed ways to comment on and ask questions about JEPs when there isn't a PR currently open. 

We looked at making edits to add comments or annotations.  

We also discussed a few other potential changes to the JEP process such as https://github.com/jenkinsci/jep/pull/162.  That discussion is still open.

I suggest cancelling it if there is no interest from others.

Last two weeks there were only Liam and me on the calls. I have a number of JEP process improvements I would like to discuss with other contributors, but I didn't have time to write-up the proposals. So I have no topics for the today's meeting.
