Good ping, it is triggered by push to ATH or a build of
jenkins_lts_branch[1]. The upstream build was not triggered as there are
no release commits in stable or stable-1.580 branch. CCing Kohsuke.

I have merged and pushed jenkins-1.580.2 to stable-1.580. The pipeline should be back again.
