Planned maintenance for Jira ticket system today

Hello,

There is a maintenance window for the Jira ticket system
https://issues.jenkins.io on July 6th starting at 9pm UTC for two hours.

The Jira system will upgraded from v8.20.10 to v9.4.7. The underlying
Mysql database will be upgraded from 5.7 to 8.0.

The maintenance window has been extended by one hour to give more time
for the database upgrade and reindexing.
