[GSOC] Artifactory REST Client as a Jenkins Pipeline Plugin

Hello,

I am trying to reach out to the JFrog developers who might be watching this mailing list.

We have a Google Summer of Code project proposal related to wrapping the Artifactory REST API into a Jenkins Pipeline DSL Plugin.

Currently, the proposal is to wrap the cdancy artifactory-rest library, but the proposal is still open for discussion and better ideas.
