Backporting for the next LTS version has started. Note one of the seldom
updated components, JNA, will be updated from version 4.2.1 to 4.5.2.
Jenkins relies on it for OS specific operation Java Platform has/had no
abstraction for, such as advanced file system operation, process
manipulation, etc. Extra attention should be directed to testing on
non-linux platforms. The RC is scheduled for 2018-08-29.
IIUC all three are already fixed in 2.138 so need no backport, right?

Correct, I have not yet got to review the load of candidates. I am
sharing the filter mostly to inform people what will and will not be
considered for backporting. It is useful to verify whether the issues
people want backported is "annotated" correctly to be evaluated.

Please note the backporting window will effectively close on Friday 2018-08-24, in UTC morning hours. That is when the RC will be published and testing period will start. I apology for such a late notice. Note that there are no candidates nominated until now so there should be no impact on the actual LTS.

Given the lack of 2.139 so far I doubt anything would even be close to qualifying even on a regular schedule.
